Loops: your AI team works toward a goal and learns what works.
A loop is a goal that keeps track of itself. Branddock does what your connectors allow, checks for itself what is live, measures with the sources you already have, says honestly what it proved and prepares the next proposal. The pace follows the data. You decide once per round.
An agent on a schedule does work. A loop works toward a goal. You choose what you want to achieve, for example more inquiries through your website. Branddock prepares a plan, does what your connectors allow, checks for itself when something is live, measures it with the sources you already have and says honestly whether it worked, or whether it is still too early to tell. After that the next proposal is ready. You decide once per round.
1
Goal · Set once: what you want to achieve, where we measure it, and where you stand now.
2
Do · A work plan with the work already done. Branddock does what it can do safely; the rest is ready for you.
3
Measure · On the measurement date an honest verdict, with the evidence alongside.
4
Learn · Lessons that only apply after your yes, and the next proposal.
The pace follows the data. A loop on your website form checks every hour, a loop on clicks from Google search needs weeks. Branddock works out the pace from your measurement source, and tells you why.
How a round goes · Example
One round, from start to finish. In development
Take an installation company we made up. It wants more clicks from Google on its five service pages. Its site runs on a system Branddock can’t write to yet. Search Console is connected, Analytics isn’t. This is what the blueprint SEO content with evidence looks like then, screen by screen.
Example on a fictional brand. The screens are designs: loops are in development. We leave out the numbers on purpose.
Step 1
The gallery: what can this loop do with your connectors?
The Loops gallery holds blueprints: ready-made loops. For each blueprint you see what it can do with your connectors. Ready: Branddock measures, makes and prepares; you put it live, piece by piece. With your help: one step falls back to you, and you see which one. Waiting for a connector: the loop is missing a connector it needs. Then it doesn’t start yet; you see what’s missing and what you can already do.

Waiting for a connector: Search Console
This loop starts as soon as you connect Search Console.
What you can already do: Get measurable.
Connect Search Console
A tile in the gallery, before Search Console is connected.
Step 2
The connector card: “This connector unlocks …”
Every connector tells you straight away what Branddock can do with it, what it can’t, and what to watch out for. And which loops it unlocks.
LiveLive today: Connecting Search Console.
In developmentThe card with can, can’t, note and unlocks.
Example · design · in developmentfictional brand
Search Console is connected (installateur.example)
With this, Branddock can: measure your clicks and impressions per page and per keyword · look back up to 16 months for a baseline.
With this, Branddock can’t: change anything on your website · see where your visitors come from (for that: Analytics).
Note: the numbers run 3 days behind · if you pick a different site later, running measurements close.
This connector unlocks: SEO content with evidence and Get measurable.
SEO content with evidence
With your helpyou update existing pages in your own system, using our list. Branddock puts new pages on your Branddock page.
First outcome: after about 7 weeks · Checks daily, suggests something new at most every 2 weeks.
What you do: update existing pages, put new content live piece by piece, approve lessons.
The Search Console connector card, and below it the same tile after connecting.
Step 3
The start card “Start this loop”
Before anything happens, Branddock has read in your history, made a baseline measurement, recorded how your pages look now and set up a first plan. It all sits on one card in Waiting on you. Branddock sets simple measurement settings itself, with the reason included, and you can change them. Where Branddock does not choose for you, it asks you. With "Start this loop" you approve the plan, the measurement and the budget. That click is done by an owner or admin.
LiveLive today: Waiting on you, and what an owner, admin, member or viewer may do.

Goal
more clicks from Google on your 5 service pages.
How we measure it
Site: installateur.example · set by Branddock: the only site in your Search Console that matches your website · Change
Market: the Netherlands · set by Branddock: almost all your impressions come from the Netherlands · Change
What we measure: clicks from Google on your service pages, with Search Console. Runs 3 days behind.
What Branddock can’t see: phone calls, and whether a click became a customer.

Pages we track
we track 5 pages and 12 comparison pages. We’re recording what they look like now.
First plan
A · Just keep measuring · B · Three changes, work already done (see below)
Pace
Checks daily: Search Console delivers per day and runs 3 days behind. · Suggests something new: at most every 2 weeks, because with the clicks on your service pages there’s enough for a conclusion after about 9 days. · You hear about it: every Monday (change). · Look-back: as soon as 3 measurements are in, at the latest after 8 weeks.
What Branddock watches
your measurement, and clear drops in clicks.
Cost per month

Step 4
The work plan with the work already done
The plan comes with the work already done. New titles are shown as “was → becomes”. For each change you see who does it and when. What Branddock can’t yet do safely on your site is ready for you, with the reason. Branddock doesn’t stack changes on the same pages: otherwise nobody knows what did what.

Step 6
Live, and Branddock saw it for itself
Branddock only starts measuring when it sees the change on the page itself. You can report it, but you don’t have to. So you never measure from the wrong moment, not even when someone forgets to say it’s done. If Branddock still sees the old title after 14 days, it asks: “Is this live yet? We still see the old title.” A change Branddock sees that wasn’t in the plan never turns into a measurement by itself.
In developmentChecking that something is live. Today a report counts as live.
Example · design · in development

Five statuses: Planned · In progress · Live · Measuring · Done. And where needed the flag Needs attention, with the reason: waiting on you, waiting on the web developer, not seen yet, connector gone or measurement disrupted.
The Status column in the work plan: change 2, then change 1 at three moments in a row.
Step 7
The measurement: one of three outcomes, with the reason
On the measurement date Branddock says one of three things per change: came true, did not come true, or can’t tell yet. With the last one it always says why: too early, too little data, or the measurement is disrupted. The verdict is a calculation with fixed rules, not an AI’s opinion. Under every verdict it says how it was calculated.
LiveLive today: Search Console, and visits on your Branddock pages, as a source.

How this was calculated: Search Console (installateur.example), 28 days before and after; the days between the last old and the first new snapshot don’t count.

Can’t tell yet: too little data.
This page had too few visits for a conclusion. Proposal: measure for longer.

Can’t tell yet: too early.
Outcome in 31 days (28 days of measuring, Search Console runs 3 days behind).
The links waited for the measurement of the titles: Branddock doesn’t stack changes on the same service pages. That’s why their measurement only starts now.
Three measurement cards in Context › Loop and measurements › Measurements. We leave out the values.
Step 8
The strength of the evidence, in plain words
Every verdict shows how strong the evidence is. Five steps, always in words:
Branddock only says “worked” from before/after with comparison, and always with the evidence alongside. A lesson only mentions how big an effect was once it’s confirmed again.
In developmentThe strength of the evidence.

tested
a real test in which the platform itself split the audience
The five steps of the evidence; the measurement of the titles sits at before/after with comparison.
Step 9
“What else happened”: context from all your connectors, doesn’t count
Branddock reads along in all your connectors to help explain what happened. That sits under the verdict, never inside it. Context Branddock reads somewhere never counts as evidence; a measurement with a measurement source set up for this loop does. At most, context can make a verdict more cautious: if you confirm that something disrupted the measurement.
LiveLive today: The sources themselves: Search Console, following competitors, sending your newsletter.

Step 10
The “This round” card: one decision moment
Once per round, Branddock bundles everything that needs your decision on one card, at the top of To review. Lessons only apply after your yes. The next proposal always has at least two variants, one of which is “just keep measuring”. Putting new content live is never part of this card: that stays piece by piece.

1. What we learned (2)
Titles with a question got more clicks at the same number of impressions; the comparison pages stayed level. Evidence: before/after with comparison. Applies only after your yes.
A blog article shows up for a search term that belongs to a service page. Evidence: first sign. Stays proposed.
2. Next proposal
A · Just keep measuring: no new changes, we finish the running measurements.
B · One new change, work already done: a second new page, “What does it cost to have a heat pump installed?” · plus: measure the first new page for longer. We leave the service pages alone until the measurement of the links is done.
Why this proposal · What counts in the measurement
3. Questions for you (1)
In the same weeks your newsletter went out with links to two service pages. Did it disrupt the measurement?
YesNo
If you say yes, the evidence for the titles becomes “first sign”. If you do nothing, the verdict stays as it is.
What Branddock saw (1)
a change outside Branddock on your contact page. Default: one-off change, not measured.
ApproveIf you do nothing: the loop keeps measuring on variant A. The lessons stay proposed.
The This round card at the top of To review, with lessons, the next proposal and a question for you.
Step 11
If you do nothing, nothing stops. And nothing goes live.
The loop keeps measuring on variant A: running measurements are finished, Branddock keeps checking, and the next round opens by itself. Lessons stay proposed and variant B stays open. You get a reminder after one and after two times your pace, then one email. Nothing goes live and your brand DNA doesn’t change.
Step 12
Everything in one place: your loop’s room
Every loop has its own room. At the top the four steps and where your goal stands; everyone in your workspace sees that status. In Progress the work plan, in To review the This round card, in Outputs the look-back and your monthly report, in Context the measurements, the pace and the connectors of this loop. Which state it has for you is something Branddock works out from your connectors. The first four come first, and the other six follow as soon as the connectors and the demand for them are there.

When a connector drops out
A loop never stops silently. If a connector drops out, you see it right away, with what happens now:
the step that relied on it comes up ready for you, with the reason;
the measurement pauses and is caught up if the source keeps history, such as Search Console and Analytics; otherwise you see a measurement gap;
a verdict with a gap in it becomes “can’t tell yet”, never a guess;
Branddock never reconnects on its own and never picks a different source or site on its own.
If you pick a different site or property, a new baseline measurement begins, after your yes. If Branddock finds a better measurement source, we first measure both for a while and you only switch over when you want to.
If you disconnect Search Console, SEO content with evidence stops measuring. Ongoing measurements become “can’t tell yet”. You can switch to an export.

Your own loop
No blueprint fits? Put together your own loop.In development
In a conversation with Branddock, or in six steps:
1. Goal: what do you want to achieve?
2. Measure: a connected source, your Branddock pages, or “I’ll share it myself”.
3. Who does the work: agents, each with their own skills.
4. Where it ends up: which place, and therefore what Branddock is allowed to do there.
5. Pace: Branddock suggests it, with the reason. Slower is fine, faster is not.
6. Cost and start: what the loop costs per month, and what state it’s in.
A loop works toward a subgoal of your business strategy. Branddock suggests subgoals with the Suggest subgoals button; an owner or admin chooses.
If your loop measures nothing, it can’t learn. Branddock says so honestly and offers to save it as a routine: that does work, but doesn’t learn. As soon as it measures something, you can still turn it into a loop.
Coming after the first blueprints. A loop that works can also be reused as a blueprint, without lessons, pages or numbers.

The pace follows the data, not the calendar. In development
A loop has three rhythms, and Branddock calculates them from your measurement source: how often it checks, how often it suggests something new, and when you hear about it. Each rhythm comes with the reason. You can set it slower, never faster than the data allows.

Deciding happens at most once per day, even if a loop checks every hour. Checking costs nothing extra. Branddock does not react to noise: an outlier has to be clearly larger than the usual fluctuation before anything happens, and an outcome only registers on the measurement date.

Learn
What's proven becomes knowledge about your brand. After your yes.In development
A lesson always rests on a measurement, never on context alone. It only applies once you say yes, and then it sits below your brand rules, never above them. What Branddock sees in your connectors can also come to your brand DNA as a proposal: per field "now → proposal", with the evidence included. You choose: apply, adjust, not now, or not right. Branddock never changes your brand DNA itself.
This way your personas and your positioning get tested against your own measurements.

Commitments
What a loop never does.In development
1. Nothing goes live without your yes.
It only goes live after a person confirms that action, never by the agent itself. You approve the work plan once per round and see exactly what falls under it. If even a single field changes afterwards, Branddock asks again.
2. New content piece by piece.
Never in a bundle, not even in a fast loop.
3. Money is never spent automatically.
Budget, activating or pausing ads: always you. Money counts as an outcome once you connect a money source; a loop never spends money on its own.
4. Your measurement doesn't change without a reason.
Branddock sets simple measurement settings itself, with the reason and a Change button; the rest you confirm. In your own measurement tools (Analytics, Search Console), Branddock only writes after your confirmation. Branddock never picks a different source or site on its own.
5. An honest "can't tell yet".
Too early, too little data or a disturbed measurement: Branddock says so, with the reason. It never guesses.
6. No messages going out without you.
Emails to people outside your team go out piece by piece after your yes. On its own, Branddock only emails people with an account.
7. Your brand DNA doesn't change without you.
Lessons and proposals only take effect after your yes.
8. A budget you see in advance.
Before you start, you see what a loop costs per month. At 80% you get a notification, at 100% new AI work stops. Measuring always continues.
LiveLive today: Commitments 1 and 3 already apply to publishing and agents: nothing live without confirmation, and spending money never automatically.
In developmentThe eight commitments together, as a property of a loop.
For agencies
One loop per client brand. One summary for you.In development
Every client has its own loop.
In that client's workspace, with its own connectors, its own measurement and its own lessons. We start with one loop per client brand.
One overview instead of ten emails.
Branddock bundles what is waiting on you across all your clients into one summary.
Your client doesn't need an account.
Branddock emails only you. You share the monthly report as a link with your client's logo, on the schedule of your contract with that client.
What you learn stays with that client.
Lessons never go to another client. From an approach that worked for several clients, you can build your own working method: only with those clients' permission, and without any names or numbers in it.
LiveLive today: One workspace per client, permissions per workspace, and the share link for reports.
In developmentOne loop per client brand, the summary across all your clients and a working method drawn from several clients.

This week with your clients
2 things are waiting on you: client C (newsletter export) and client E (sign-off on the plan).
3 changes seen outside Branddock, 2 recognized as your changes.
Client B: Search Console has been disconnected since Monday. Measurements are waiting.
The week's summary, as an email to an agency with three clients.
Ourselves first
We're putting the first loop on our own site.In development
Before we set up a loop for you, it runs at our end: on betterbrands.nl, the site of the company behind Branddock. One goal, measured with Search Console, and a change we make ourselves outside Branddock. This way Branddock has to see for itself that it is live, exactly as it will for you. We'll show what comes out of it here. Even if it's “can’t tell yet”.

Join the first loops.
For agencies and marketing teams who want to be the first to work with a loop, on their own brand or on a client brand.
What you get
You'll hear from us as soon as the first blueprints are ready for workspaces beyond our own. We won't name a date.
If your workspace fits the first round, you'll be among the first to work with a loop and we'll set it up together with you. We start with a few workspaces, so not everyone can start at the same time.
You decide per round, and we hear from you what jars. That changes what we build.
What we don't promise
An outcome. A loop honestly says what it could measure, even if that is "can't tell yet". Taking part doesn't mean you'll get more clicks or inquiries.
What we ask of you
A Branddock workspace with your brand DNA.
Search Console connected for the site in question, preferably with a few months of history. Analytics as well helps.
Someone who is owner or admin of the workspace and confirms the start.
One moment per round to decide, and the occasional short conversation.
For agencies: permission from your client to use their brand and their numbers. Your client doesn't need to have an account.
What it costs
Loops are part of the paid plans. A loop uses credits for what it creates and suggests; checking and measuring cost nothing extra. Before the start you'll see the cost per month. We agree it with you in advance.
We never connect your site or your client's site ourselves. You do that yourself in Branddock, and you can always disconnect again.
Frequently asked questionsIn development
Is this available yet?
No. Loops are in development and we won't name a date. What's already here: agents on a fixed schedule or triggered by an event, Search Console and Analytics you can connect, visits to your Branddock pages, a brand score on campaign texts, web pages from the app and anything you submit for a check, and rooms where you work with your AI team. What's still to come: the verdict per change, the lessons, and the gallery of blueprints. We're putting the first loop on our own site first.
What do I need?
A Branddock workspace with your brand DNA. At least one measurement source: Search Console, Analytics, your Branddock pages, or numbers you share yourself. Someone who is an owner or admin and confirms the start. And one moment per round to decide. A connector with your website helps: then Branddock does more itself. Loops are in development.
What if my numbers are too small?
Then the loop says: can’t tell yet, too little data. It doesn't guess. You get options: measure longer, fix your measurement, connect another measurement source, or adjust your goal. And the pace adapts: with little traffic, the loop suggests something less often. Loops are in development.
Does Branddock learn from other customers?
No. Your lessons, numbers and content stay in your workspace and are not used for other customers. That doesn't change unless you choose it yourself. An agency only learns from its own clients, with their permission.
Can it also work with numbers I keep myself?
Yes, for example phone inquiries. You share them through a form, a question on your schedule, or an export from your own system. How heavily they count depends on the evidence: an export counts more heavily than a typed number. A lesson that rests only on numbers you share asks for evidence and a second pair of eyes from your team. Loops are in development.
Which numbers count as evidence?
In a loop, numbers from your website count as evidence: Search Console, Analytics and your Branddock pages. Numbers from email, ads or your CRM count if you share them with an export. The rest of your connectors help with the explanation, but don't count toward the verdict. Loops are in development.
Does Branddock do things without me?
Checking, measuring, reviewing and making drafts within your plan: yes. Putting something live, sending it or changing your measurement: never without your yes. A loop never spends money itself.
What does a loop cost?
Loops come in the paid plans, not in the free trial period. A loop uses credits for what it makes and suggests. Checking, measuring and reviewing cost nothing extra. Before the start you see what the loop costs per month, and you set a budget.
What's the difference with an agent on a schedule?
An agent on a schedule does work: a report, a check, a draft. That's possible today. A loop works toward a goal, measures whether it works and suggests the next step. That's in development.
Start today with what's already here.
Capture your brand, connect Search Console and Analytics and put your first agent on a schedule. Then you have everything a loop needs.
