Refund policy
Version: 28 October 2026
This is a translation. If it differs from the Dutch version, the Dutch version applies.
1. Who refunds
You buy Branddock through Paddle.com, the seller (merchant of record) of your order. Paddle handles refunds. Request a refund via the link in your receipt or invoice, or at paddle.net (“Request refund”). You can also email us at hello@branddock.app; we will help you from there.
2. The trial
The first 28 days are free and need no payment details. You pay nothing in that period, so there is nothing to refund.
3. Right of withdrawal for consumers (EU, EEA, Switzerland and UK)
- If you buy Branddock as a consumer, you have 14 days from your first payment to withdraw, also after a trial. This also applies to a one-off purchase, such as a credit top-up.
- Branddock is a digital service. If you expressly ask us to start the service within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay in proportion to what has already been provided. The right of withdrawal only lapses once the service has been fully provided (for example, a used-up top-up) and you declared when ordering that you waive it as a result.
- If you live in the EU, you withdraw through Paddle: open the “Manage subscription” or “Manage transaction” link in your confirmation email, or go to paddle.net, and choose “Request withdrawal”. If you live elsewhere in the EEA, in Switzerland or in the UK, request it via paddle.net or the link in your receipt. More details are in Paddle’s refund policy.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current period. You keep access until then. There is no refund for the rest of that period, except where the law requires one. For an annual subscription (business customers only), the current period is the current year: you keep access until the end of that year, and there is no refund for the remaining months.
5. If we do not deliver
If we fail to deliver the service, or deliver it with unreasonable delay, you are entitled to a fix or to a (partial) refund.
6. Business customers
If you buy for your business, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. If you submit a request within 14 days of a payment, Paddle may grant a refund at its discretion. If something goes wrong, email us at hello@branddock.app.
7. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
