Do I get a trial period?

28 days free with 300 credits and no credit card. After the trial your brand data stays safe and visible; you only pick a plan when you want to keep generating.

I don't have a marketing team or brand documents. Does Branddock still work?

Yes. The free setup scan builds your brand DNA from your website, and you create a brand voice from 5 sample texts in about 5 minutes. Starter is made for exactly this: the agents become your first marketing colleagues: they propose, you approve.

Which languages does Branddock work in?

You set the content language per workspace: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian. Both generation and the brand check work in that language.

How do credits work?

Credits only count what we generate for you (output): a short piece ≈ 5, longform ≈ 80, and an image 2. As a guide: with Starter (400 credits) you can make ±80 social posts, óf 5 long-form artikelen, óf 200 beelden (vrij te mixen). Your brand context and every brand check (F-VAL) are always free.

What if I run out of credits?

Top up on request for €0.10 per credit (packs from 500 credits, volume discounts up to 20%), or turn on auto-top-up with your own spending limit. Never a surprise bill.

Can I switch between tiers?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade any time. Billed pro rata. No lock-in.

How do payments and VAT work?

Pay with iDEAL, SEPA direct debit, or card via Stripe. Prices are excl. VAT; EU businesses with a valid VAT number automatically get a reverse-charge invoice.

Which AI models do you use?

Claude (Anthropic), GPT (OpenAI), and Gemini (Google). We pick the most suitable model per content type.
